The fact that it was possible to have contact with my practitioner between the arranged  video call sessions gave me peace of mind and confidence.

Of course I knew she would not be reading my messages day and night, but writing down my problems helped me to heal and I knew she would respond as soon as possible. I felt constantly supported. We did exposure exercises together (via video calling) in places where I previously had panic attacks. That was quite confrontational, but also very helpful. After ten weeks I felt that I was confident again and could trust myself,  and so we finished the treatment. I am very positive about this method of treatment and I recommend it to everyone.
